Prevention first
Activities are planned to prevent harm to people and the environment; where prevention isn’t possible, impact is kept to an acceptable level.

Each project has an assigned health and safety representative responsible for the HSE programme on site.
Project-specific HSE plan
Every project runs an HSE plan that meets legal requirements, our standards and the client’s procedures, including permits and PPE.
Hazards assessed before work
Hazards are identified, assessed and addressed before execution, and sub-contractors follow the same approved plan.
Monitoring and audits
HSE performance is controlled, audited and verified using metrics agreed with the client.
Training and culture
Toolbox talks and induction for all personnel, in their own language where needed, with recognition for good safety performance.
